Donna Elfert-Eccleston Institution

A premier performing arts institution

dedicated to developing

confident performers, disciplined

artists, and purposeful leaders.

Meet the Founder

Robin Gaston is the founder of the Donna Elfert-Eccleston Institution, where her passion for education, the arts, and personal growth come together to create something greater than performance alone.

Through her journey of resilience, discipline, and transformation, she developed a deep belief in the power of the arts to build confidence, character, and purpose.

As an educator and artist, she is committed to helping students discover their voice, refine their craft, and grow into leaders both on and off the stage.

Every performer deserves the opportunity to shine.

What Students Experience

Real Student Experience

Robin creates an environment where growth feels possible.

I came in with no experience and no confidence, and she met me exactly where I was—building choreography that fit my ability while still helping me grow.

Her patience, creativity, and encouragement made all the difference.

She has a way of seeing potential when you can’t see it yourself, and she makes sure you achieve something you’re proud of.

"Working with Robin felt like a dream come true."

Why the Arts Matter

The arts develop more than talent - they build confidence, discipline, creativity, and leadership. At the Donna Elfert-Eccleston Institution, students are empowered to discover their voice and use it with purpose both on and off the stage.

What Makes Our Approach Different

At the Donna Elfert-Eccleston Institution, we focus on more than performance.

We develop confident performers, disciplined artists, and purposeful leaders by creating an environment where students feel safe, challenged, and inspired to grow.

Our approach blends technical training with character development—because who a student becomes is just as important as what they can do.

The Arts We Cultivate

What we offer

At the Donna Elfert-Eccleston Performing Arts Institution, we cultivate the performing arts as a pathway to confidence, discipline, and purposeful expression.

Through theatre, music, dance, and vocal performance, students are guided to discover their voice, develop their craft, and grow into confident performers—both on and off the stage.

No experience required. Just a willingness to start.
